新型コロナも落ち着くかのように見えた昨秋から一転して、このような生活も3年目に突入しました。気が滅入りがちではありますが、 「ノエルの贈り物展」では今までで最も多い寄付額をとなりました。 174点のカード・作品などがもらわれてゆき、その30%と 別途募金としてお預かりした分などを合わせて、￥205,900 を 「未来の福島こども基金」　https://fukushimachildrensfund.org/ （子供たちの保養プログラム、市民測定所、甲状腺検診など)
「あすのば」https://www.usnova.org/（子どもの貧困対策）へそれぞれ￥102,950ずつ 送金いたしました。
当初スタートした8年前より、約３倍の寄付をする事ができて、私共も驚いています。 現在の様々な状況を考えると本当に小さな活動ですが、共感してくださる方が少しずつ増えていることは本当に有り難く、 忘れられている事が多い一方、忘れずにいる方もいらっしゃり、私たちも励まされています。お客さま、作家の方々、皆さまのご協力のおかげです。 心よりお礼申し上げます。　　2022.1.25

“Cadeau de Noël” exhibition is a charity exhibition that started on 3.11. We sell original cards such as prints, collages, drawings, and small works by artists and donate them to the “Future Fukushima Children’s Fund,” which supports children’s recreation and examination costs. Since the poverty rate of Japanese children has risen to 1 in 7 due to the pandemic, we also decided to donate from 30% of sales to “USNOVA” (support to children, policy proposals)and “Future Fukushima Children’s Fund.” I would be grateful if many people could support us with a bit of effort.

カラフルで自由な色使いのしろこまの作品は、年代、国、性別を超えて 見る人を楽しませてくれます。 現代性を取り入れつつ、版画をベースにした独自の技術は、表現の幅を広げ、絵画的な作品や、デザイン的表現、またイラストレーションなど様々な表現を可能にしています。今展ではデジタル機材を用いた新作オブジェや、レリーフを中心にご紹介します。デジタルやレーザーカッターを使いつつも、版木を重ね、組み合わせ、着彩、摺り、加工する作業は緻密な手技の世界。新しい版表現の展開を提唱しています。

Shirokoma’s work, full of beautiful colors, will entertain viewers regardless of age, country, or gender. While incorporating modernity, his unique print-based technique expands the range of expression and enables various expressions such as pictorial works, designs, and illustrations. In this exhibition, we will mainly introduce his new objects using digital equipment and reliefs. While using digital and laser cutters, the work of stacking, combining, coloring, rubbing, and processing woodblocks is extraordinary handiwork. He is advocating the development of new edition expressions.
